As of late, I've been having some very restless nights ("late" - hahaha, I didn't even realize I was making a pun!). I sleep with two pillows - one for my head, and one as a pillow teddy (pillow bear? teddy pillow?). In the morning, the whatever-you-call-it has usually been flung to the ground, the covers all tangled.
I have no idea why I haven't been able to sleep restfully. Normally, once I've actually fallen asleep, I'm out like a light. Like a lump on a log. Dead to the world. And so forth.
I allot myself enough time to get a decent amount of sleep, but it's poor quality of sleep, which makes it entirely not worth it. :[
